She looked up, unsure why was surprised by what he had just said when she had expected as much. "Of course you will," she said, after a moment. "I'm awesome, aren't I?" There was a pause, and then Gold reached out to give Torin a brief, but warm, hug. "I'll miss you too, Mr. T. Who else is going to give me Nemo plush toys, for Christmas?" She half smiled, as she said that.

"I'll ask Professor Lawson," Gold said. "If she says yes, I'll take care of her." That should be nice.
