What he really wanted was to talk to them about finding Hunter. To him, that was a million times more pressing than some funky dream... It could have some significance though. The dream had felt strangely realistic for a mere dream. Spence opened her mouth to reply to her question, about to agree to help find a book... when something strange happened.

Spence's eyes widened as she started to shake and her skin and hair started to get paler. "Izzy!" the boy shouted, both alarmed and concerned. His eyes drifted to the book as if fell from her hands. What could she possibly have read that made her react like that? He stepped forward, about to make an attempt at comforting her. Before Spence could do so though a ghost-like man came over and began to speak to her.
He seemed strangely familiar like Spence had seen him before... perhaps in passing or in a portrait, but he was sure the man looked familiar. He just couldn't place it. He knew it was rude, but Spence couldn't help but stare. He felt invisible now, just standing there while they talked. He didn't catch much of what they said... Spence drifted a few feet away, not wanting to look like he was eavesdropping or anything.
Spence stared after them as Gemini and the strange ghost-like man departed. He was about to turn around and ask Izzy and Kelby to ask them what they were thinking, when... "Hey!" Spence's eyebrows raised as he spotted the journal in Gemini's hands. "Where... where did you get that?" he inquired, eyebrows raised. Surely that wasn't the same journal as the one he found on his bed!... Gemini wouldn't steal from him...
No. Spence definitely recognized it. That was the journal. He gave his relative and her companion a wary look, awaiting an explanation. Had someone been going through his stuff?
