Patroclus listened to the spell as Truebridge enunciated the incantation breaking it into syllables for them, then performed the wand movement. It was a rather different sounding incantation, it had a Spanish sort of feel to it, which Patroclus very much liked, consider he spoke the language.
He practiced the wand movement, an elongated loop, finding it quite simple to perform; it was time to move onto the spell.
“Q-ker-bi-terrr Italiano” the boy spoke tripping on the seconded word. His eyes widened to the size of dinner plates, he was completely mortified as there on the desk before him was a pepperoni sausage, with the name “Patrizio!” clearly etched into its side.
The boys head whipped from side to side, checking to seen no one had seen his mistake. If there was someone named Patrizio, he had a sausage for them, but he did not have a cucumber for the Kappa. |
