Baht-ley - The Sweetest - TEAM 947!
Spence sat there, watching the snow fall as hot, salty tears dripped down his cheeks. He didn't know how long he stayed there, weeping on the window sill... trying to stop. Eventually Spence drifted into an uneasy sleep. It didn't last long. After a series of nightmares, he stumbled into one... particularly terrifying dream. The Ravenclaw woke up covered in nervous sweat, breathing heavy, for a few moments.
It took him a second to realize it was a dream. Spence closed his eyes and opened them once more, just to be sure.
His dorm was still dark. It was easy to tell he was still in his dorm, though. Thank Merlin.
Spence stumbled lazily from his perch on the window sill, stretching. Believe it or not it wasn't the most comfortable place to sleep. He moseyed into the bathroom, still drowsy due to lack of sleep. Spence got ready like he would any other day, taking a shower, putting on his school robes, etc, etc.
It took him a bit to remember what happened yesterday. Renewed tears came to his eyes, but he choked back his sobs, and wiped them away. A, Spence didn't want to wake up the other boy's in his dorm or for them to see him like this and B, he felt dehydrated from all the crying last night. Dizzy even. He didn't want to shed anymore tears.
He was about to leave for the Great Hall, to try and find Kelby, when he spotted something on his bed. Spence's eyebrows raised slightly at the sight of book. It looked familiar... The book wasn't his though. Curious, he gently picked it up off his bed, looking to and fro suspiciously, as if expecting someone to be watching him. He could have sworn he was someone out of the corner of his eye, but when he looked up no one was there. Spence chose to think nothing of it... Surely he was just being paranoid.
Spence began to flip through the pages.
