Really, she was certain this was the point of the entire lesson.
Jack made a mental note to question Christian over the summer about the importance of designer's clothes, and what was the difference between a normal and non-expensive one (like the bright yellow one she was currently sporting and clashed horribly with her equally yellow hair, NOT that Jack was aware of this) and an extremely expensive and fancy one that could probably feed a family of four for at least a month.
Lightly rocking back and forth on the balls of her feet, Jacqueline eagerly waited for Lainey to talk about... sailing. Since she'd never done it before in her life.
The red head's green eyes shifted to the left to see a pretty girl. PRETTY GIRL. Just standing a few meters away.
His heart beat raised a fraction.
Chez had not met a SINGLE girl since he'd transferred one. OK, no. He'd met one, but that was all. Almost like a ninja, he made his way to the immediate left of her. Crossing his arms, looking at to the lake (he DARE NOT make eye contact), he coughed. Hoping that maybe he stirred a reaction he pressed his lips together and his green eyes drifted. "I'm guessing you don't know how to sail either?"
Bad assumption? Maybe? Meh, oh well.
