"I don't think my sister ever rejected such things, she was just a little late discovering them in the first place." Nico remarked, eyeing Celandine again. You'd never know by looking at her now, that was for sure.
"Are you cold, Celestina? We could go back inside if you wish." Or he'd offer her his jacket if she wished to stick around out here.
He smirked again at her last statement. "You're a beautiful woman, Bucky. Why not embrace the appearance and the feeling both?" "I never thought of not making her happy," answered Celestina honestly. It had, indeed, never crossed her mind. Her lashes fluttered as she stared at Nicholai curiously. Bucky knew her reasons to make Brie happy. She loved her and owed her so much but Nico...well, his relationship was a bit more distant wasn't it?
Although, his brother Adri was married to Briony. Uh. Confusing.
"Um, just a little," she said, looking over at Raiden and smiling at him. "At first I didn't notice because I was too busy, you know, um...doing stuff," she mumbled and winked at the boy. Hehe. He had been a good sport and not brought up the fact that she had accidentally spat on his face while blowing a raspberry at the world. "But now I do feel a bit chilly. I guess I need my shoes now..."
Her shoe mission was stalled by Nico once more and his ability to find compliments to give her. Another dorky chuckle snort escaped her, and she just avoided eye contact. At least until her face felt less hot. Right. Wiggling her toes, she reached down for those. "I feel bad though," she mumbled bringing her feet up on the bench, forgetting propriety. "I don't want to leave Raiden out here by himself." |
