Aiden nodded when she explained Milo's presumptions about her cheating. Although that was all they were - presumptions. Trixie had been too fond of Milo to cheat on him. "Okay, that's fine," he agreed, when she requested that they not talk about it. "I never got to tell you that you look great, by the way. Everyone looks so spiffy tonight."
Trixie smiled quickly as Aiden agreed that they would speak of it no more.
"Thank you" she said sadly before looking up to meet the boys gaze. Heck yes, she had always liked him, but her thoughts were running manic at the moment, and she didn't know what to think right now. She blushed as he told her she looked great and so she took a quick glance down at her white ballgown and then back up.
"Thank you. And so do you" she genuinely smiled now.
"Well they're all out to impress aren't they?" she asked.
