While you struggled to manage your own business, eat your own cooking, and clean up creature dung every day of your waking life.
And he had a nicer suit.
Tag decided to wave anyway. "It's been a few years, hasn't it?," he said to Marco, gesturing around them. "But not alot of changes. I like that." Marco frowned slightly as someone waved at him. Then it hit him. He recognised that face. He waved back, rather enthusiastically. "Sevens you old dog. It has been a while. 6, 7 years?" Oh how good it was to see a friendly face. There were far too many little people hanging around. "The students have gotten smaller. That much has changed. But not a lot else it would seem. Do you think Max still teaches?" It had been a long time, so he had probably retired by now.
Oh how he missed the place, and it was good to be back. Quote:

Man if that didn’t bring back memories she didn’t know what would.
And just like she always had in Hogwarts, Aggie was once again sporting purple shoes. They may not be her old reliable purple tennis shoes, but they were purple non-the-less. Tobi wouldn’t have noticed her without them – right? And if he didn’t, a swift delivery of one purple clod shoe to the foot or shin would have clued him right up anyway.
She stopped, putting her hand on the doorframe to steady herself as she pulled the shoe back on her foot. When she stood up her chandelier earrings were swinging past her face and back, causing her ears to hurt just a little. Maybe it wasn’t such a good idea to look so girly…
But it was too late now.
A few young men stood in the entrance hall offering up greetings. She risked a glance at both of them. She didn’t recognize either of them. In fact, she hadn’t been expecting to know many of the people at the dance tonight. In fact, Tobi hadn’t answered owl and she wasn’t sure if he himself was even coming. But the chance of seeing him was worth the chance of being alone for the night.
“Hello Gents!” Aggie said warmly with a smile. Wouldn’t hurt to at least try to see if someone might remember her. Another person saying hello. This time he did not recognise the face. Maybe she was a fan. Oh well, be kind. "Hey there. It is good to be back, don't you think?" Names would come later. Maybe that would jog his memory. Quote:

"Professor Erikson, Sir." He span round to see it was actually him. That guy was still huge, even if Marco had grown since. He still had that menacing thing going on, that Marco remembered. Even his smirk was evil.
