He headed toward what looked like a bowl of punch when he got distracted with a large bowl of chips and a large bowl of salsa which was right next to shrimp which was right next to what looked like bite-size fried chicken.
"I vote we keep everything on this table." he said before trying the chips and salsa.
"Well now you tell me!" she exclaimed, throwing her hands in the air. Leave it to Carter to just go and let Destiny do something as stupid as shoving chocolate into her pockets.
"Usually when people say steal, they put it in their pockets." At least on the muggle box they do that.
She waited..and waited..and waited for a drink. The boy had asked her if she wanted one which meant HE was going to get it for her. But he didn't..sometimes it was easier to do things on her own.
"I'll get my own drink.." she mumbled as she headed to the punch bowl.. She picked up a cup and was about to get herself a drink when..

"Sweeeeet!" she said and throwing the cup on the table grabbed Carter by the arm ad pulled him to one of the food stations.
"You can eat later, we are going to cook!" she glanced back at him and grimaced,
"First you need to wash your hands though." Cooties..not good in food.
Slightly pushing him towards the sinks, she racked her brain for something to cook.
"We're making Spaetzle!"
