Nymphy had another theory. If he hit the create with fire, then cooled it down quickly, it would severly weaken the metal ligatures. "Here I go" he said, mostly to himself. "Ignias!" he yelled. Simon looked at the boy. "What the?" He asked suddenly as he saw that the chest was on fire, he couldn't believe he had just done that. "Why did you do that?" Simon asked, he wondered what the Professor would say. "You don't know what is in there, you could have hurt whatever it was." Simon wanted to check to see if what ever was in there was alright.
