Broken lifts. What an unfortunate situation!

Brian walked over the visitor's entrance briskly with Gill and Sandra by his side to help out. It was the place to take care of first before blocking the people in lifts area. "So Gill, if you and Emma are guiding people to use the other transportation modes except the lifts, I'll go and take care of elevator area with Sandra.
