Ohhh, Ms. Olivia was so niceeee! Quentan just knew he was going to love working here! And she gave him his very first job... Quent nodded enthusiastically, quite eager to do his first task. But before he could get started, Ms. Olivia mentioned... a tour? Oh, that just sounded super-exciting! "Oh, yes, please, Ms. Olivia. I would just love a tour," he answered while looking around at the other two employees who were also going on their own tour. And one of them had a nickname... awesome! Maybe they could be secret nickname buddies, just like he and Edi were on Level Nine... "Nice to meet you both," he replied to the two before they headed out.

But before he and Ms. Olivia could go on their super awesome tour of the Maintenance Level, Quent's attention was diverted by the obviously urgent appearance of Mr. Lee. He listened carefully to the Department Head's announcement, with a very concerned look on his face. Broken lifts sounded just awful! And an incident on Level Nine... well, Quentan really didn't want to revisit the place - at least not just yet - so he was somewhat relieved when other's volunteered for the job. Perhaps Quent could be of use elsewhere.

Then there were just so many people in the office! People came in from left and right, chatting amongst themselves, making plans with Mr. Lee - so confusing! All Quentan could do was observe - until Ms. Olivia addressed him. "Oh yes, Ms. Olivia. I can definitely do that," he answered her eagerly with a confident grin. At least he was fairly sure he could do that... He nodded and followed his boss towards the door.
