"Take care of it, wouldn't you?" she said, utterly confused now. Of COURSE one should take care of it! It was a kitten! It needed nourishment and love to grow all healthy, big, and strong! And for his fur to be all nice and shiny and smooth. Hehe.
"You know, like, give it some water, feed it..." Wait. "You should definitely pick up a variety of food for the kitten since, just in case it doesn't like the first few you picked out." Lilah wasn't about to starve the kitten. Of course she had plenty of cat food around the house and if she were to admit it, in her little work space too.
"I personally have a ton of toys around my little cubicle space here for all the other cats that run around who want to play, so the kitten definitely won't be bored." Even though, cats who were bored were still exceptionally cute!! "And you know, keep one of those little fence things at the entrance of your work space so the little adorable kitten can't get out. Just, waiting for the owner to come..."
