Marcus rolled his eyes at the Hufflepuff. "If you want to get technical about it Mr Upstead. Dementors are part of the magical world are they not, regardless of whether they are creatures or beings. They guard Azkaban which is a prison. So technically they are doing the same thing as a muggle prison warden."
