He lead the way into the kitchen. "How have you been? I've been wondering what you might bring for me to cook." He smiled, not quite able to believe that she was in his kitchen, or that he owned the kitchen she was in.
The door opened next to her and Frida smiled, though her jaw slackened just after.
'He cut his hair!' Sure that her eyes were going to give her thought away, she went along with things.
"Oh goodness no. I hate the floo system." Which was true,
"It charred my favorite dress when I was a child due to a malfunction."
Frida followed Malachi inside, and she noted almost everything within the man's home as she proceeded.
'Awfully clean for a guy's house.' She smirked slightly,
"I've been great actually. I may have found somewhere else to live. With one of my friends from the Ministry." It wasn't final yet, but Frida was excited all the same.
"And what about you? Been doing well?" Not able to help herself, Frida continued to stare at the lack of hair that Malachi now had whenever she could steal a glance.
She spotted some empty counter space and set her backpack down on top of it, then began to unpack.
"I've brought you lots of fun stuff to work with." There was a smile on her face as she brought out flour, a measuring cup, eggs, minced pork and beef, mushrooms, black pepper, onion, beets, salt, and cooking wine.
"You can use whatever you want, I just wanted to make sure to give you plenty to work with...so go wild. Just let me know if you need any suggestions." Looking around some more, Frida commented,
"You have such a cute little place. And a nice garden, though I didn't get to examine it much."
