It bothered her slightly that she wasn't using noverbal spells that she had learned a year and half previous at her school in Greece, but this would have to work.

She nodded and rolled up her sleeves before picking up her wand. "Wingardium Leviosa." The paper liners levitated in the air and went toward her cupcake pan. Once they landed in the pan, she looked at the notebook.

"Place egg whites in a large mixing bowl and beat at high speed until egg whites are frothy..." She looked at Teegan. "Egg whites...would it mean the whites around the egg yolk?"
