hope, at least.
A few minutes later, though, Lexi passed back by, and her jaw...just dropped...in horror. With her eyebrows creased in confusion---egg shells...in cupcakes?---Lexi leaned over and read the recipe the two were following.
"Egg whites," she said, tapping the page,
"...not egg shells." She couldn't help but smile, though. The kids were being so enthusiastic. Egg shells just wouldn't do, though.
"That's going to make for a mighty crunchy meal, don't you think?" she playfully asked.
"You'll need to fish those shells out. An egg white is just the clear liquid-type material that comes out when you crack the egg open." OOC: This is my last post for the night, but feel free to continue your cupcake baking roleplay. Lexi, of course, will still technically be in class.
