She pushed herself off the desktop and walked around the room a little. "I want you to think about the magic you know of and the magic you've been taught. What are some of the ways that magic helps us in our normal, everyday life? Simple things, I mean. How has magic helped you make things in your life easier?" she asked. "Go ahead and raise your hand then share your thoughts with us."
"I'm doing great professor." She said with a smile before letting her eyes wander back around the classroom. Her gaze finally returned to Professor Carlton when the woman gave her first day speech. Most of the information she already knew and then some from her visit to her office, but she still listened anyway, respect and what not.
Taking a moment to think about the question, she raised her hand.
"Using magic to clean makes my life easier." Though her mother didn't approve of it. Something about making her lazy and needing to do hardwork.
