Damn. There was someone else without a partner. A girl sitting on her own. Sighing, he walked over. "Hi. I don't know you. And since I don't know you, I suppose we could be partners, seeing as you don't have one yet, and neither do I."

He kinda hoped she told him to go away. He wanted to leave. He really hated Arithmancy. He was no good at it.
