Cela laughed, delighted at the idea of a giant and briiiight yellow flower. "You could conjure it. With Orchideous, most likely." She pointed out. "You know, I don't even know if they grow much at this time of year?" It'd start snowing soon and everything. But that was good because it meant Cela'd get to wear her cute winter clothes.

Yey.

"I never met Professor Crispe. Or the other one. The Herbology one. Professor Cutter?" Cela answered quietly and a bit awkwardly. Nope. She'd been with Remi at the time. Or maybe with Prospero. Cela'd definitely lost track of a lot of things during that whole ordeal, only the duels she watched served as any measure of time.

"Profess-pro-professor Ka-kazi-Kazimeriz he... he leftl." Just a touch of abandonment in her voice there. Cela squeezed the amulet until it almost left an impression against her skin.

But Lainey was back.

A little voice, that could only have been her younger self, reminded her and Celandine relaxed again.

"People are always going to leave." Celandine voiced her thoughts. "It doesn't mean that its your fault, even if it feels like it sometimes. And it doesn't mean they'll forget you even if it feels that way sometimes too." She wasn't trying to teach Gold a lesson or anything, it was more that she was acknowledging one that was hard learned for herself.

"And people come back." Like the job fair thingy? Yup. She idly wondered if Copernicus or herself would get in trouble if she went down there and interrupted all his booth talk stuff with smoochies.

Hummmmm.

"I could," Gold agreed. "But it would be much more fun to see a bright, yellow flower floating through the air, towards us." She smiled slightly at the thought, then tilted her head a tiiiny bit to one side. "I don't know. It's bound to be that time of the year, somewhere in the world." Her summoning charm would probably not be strong enough, though.

Never met -- oh, of course.

"I'm sorry you couldn't," Gold said, frowning a tiiinyy bit. "Professor Crispe was amazing. I hugged him, twice." Well, THAT was out of the blue. But Gold wanted him back. Pretty please? Profesor Hadley was a dear, though, so she wasn't sure. She didn't want her to go away, either, come to think of it. "Yes, it was Professor Cutter. He was nice." The one homework Gold had done for him, had been nice, too.

Fairly.

"You can't always wait for them to come back," Gold said quietly. Maybe she shouldn't have started talking about Professor Kazimeriz. She missed him. Sorely. Very sorely. "I -- I guess we've found something common, between the two of us." She looked at Cela, with a smile. "We both seem to love Professor Kazimeriz." She got what Cela was saying. You have to learn to let go, sometimes. But she didn't want to learn that.

She wanted everyone she loved, back.

Everyone.
