Marie laughed at the threats Marilyn was throwing at her. "Whatever, your little threats don't scare me. I've dealt with much worse than you before." She then turned and went back to her bed. She was not going to argue with someone when she didn't even know what it was she had done.
Upon sitting on her bed she looked over at the table where her flowers were that Carter gave her. That's when it hit her... Marilyn was mad because she was friends with Carter. "You're jealous because of my friendship with Carter aren't you!?" She said looking back over at Marilyn.
Unbelievable... Marilyn dumped him for one of his friends and now she was mad because Marie was friends soon to be his girlfriend with him.
Marilyn sat up, not being able to believe her ears.
"You really think this is about jealousy?" The blonde shook her head, silently laughing at the stupid look on Marie's face. Yea, she'd dealt with worse...They'd see about that...very soon.
"Get this through your head because I refuse to repeat myself. I am not, nor will I ever be, jealous of you. I don't want Carter like that anymore. You might find this hard to believe but I love Rafe more than I've loved any other human being. There's so much more at work here than even your small, narrow-minded brain could handle...which is how I know he's my soulmate." Sighing, she laid back down, snuggling into her blankets.
"I can't explain my emotions for Rafe...because they are so intense. I could never do them justice...But what you're doing...I think it's wrong. I just hope it's worth it to you."
