Interesting, Santi thought. Professor Truebridge understood that knowledge of yourself as well as where people stood was important. But of course he would, being the DADA professor. If he didn't, he wouldn't be a very good one.

He went back to his waffles, eating them quietly and in a strange order which he'd apparently assigned to each piece based on the angle it formed with the edge of the plate.
"I've never been to Canada, must add the country to my list." He was a big traveller, tending to get itchy feet from being in one place too long. Working at Hogwarts he fought that off by going on expeditions during the summers.
Truebridge offered a small smile, neither friendly nor particularly cheerful though it was meant to be encouraging and he was clearly making some sort of effort.
