Professor Lainey?" she asked, still a little unsure of her assumptions. These two...were her old professors..., right? They just had to be! Lexi hadn't been out of school that long to mistake two random strangers for Vindictus and Lainey...

Max nearly choked on the chicken that was in his mouth and he stared at the woman who called out him AND Anj. "Uh, hey," he replied with a small wave and then turned all of his attention to the food on his plate.
