He shook his head, "No worries, you're not annoying. I just didn't want you to feel obligated to stay because of my...er, accident." He chuckled again.
"Oh don't worry." She laughed. "I've had enough head injuries to know that your not in any danger of a concussion or anything." She smiled.

Petting the small fox that lay in his lap the fourth year was surprised that by not talking it could be so peaceful. Sure there were some give or take moments when Katie tried to start a conversation. But he just ignored her. It was better that way.
His head rested agaisnt the seat, his eyes slowly started to droop close. That is until a loud BAM came from outside the compartment. Emerald green eyes blinking open right away Legend shot Katie a look of confusion. Had...someone just bumped into the door? Before he could even understand what was going out the door burst open and some random guy came and sat down next to the window.
Some random guy. Who DIDN'T ask to be in their compartment. Was here. Some random guy, who was STUPID enough to run into a door. OH and now some random girl had entered too! Legend reached into his pocket and pulled out the notepad he now carried everywhere with him as well as a pencil. Scribbling something he stuck it in the boy's face.
OY! What kinda stupid idiot runs into a door?
You knock with your hand.
Not your head.
Now GET OUT of our compartment.
He looked at the girl and pointed to the last line of the note. He was actually enjoying his peace! Ainra looked at the other boy, glaring at him. Time for her mean side to come out she supposed. "Well you don't have to be rude." She said. "I mean really you couldn't possibly said something like 'are you okay' or at least asked to leave nicely." She paused. "Honestly I don't even know you and I can tell your pathetic." Okay... maybe she had gone too far. Jack and everyone else who had seen her outburst was probably going to think she was a mean freak now, when she really wasn't, she just didn't take any rudeness from anybody, but it was too late to take back now, what was done was done and she was certainly not going to apologize if this boy didn't.
