'After a lot of consideration, the Professor that I believe should be fired would be Professor Hagrid. Although he has impecible relationships with certain creatures that he uses in his lessons, he is irresponsible and unable to keep his students from harm. For example, his Hippogriff caused serious damage to one pupil and he, being the teacher, should have acted professionally and prevented this event from occuring. As he failed to do so, he should not be working in this particular department of learning and should maybe consider a career change. Professor Hagrid has a lot of history of incompetance and doesn't seem to be improving in his teaching abilities which is worrying for the students' education. I feel that the students, and the school as a whole, would benefit from his departure or replacement.

In addition, I believe that the teacher which is most up for their job would be Professor Sprout. She has a very wide knowledge of her subject and teaches her pupils properly, giving them a full opportunity to succeed. She has a fair attitude towards each and every one of her pupils and doesn't show any biased behaviour or prejudism towards them, unlike a few other professors are known to do. Although her teaching methods could be altered here and there, ultimately, she is a professional and highly reliable professor and it certainly able to do her job to a high standard.'
