Sebastian witnessed the entire conversation between the division heads from a distance with an eyebrow raised. He did not want to step in though, he wished to know how they would sort this out. He knew they were all fairly knew and so did not know each other very well.

He walked back over to them though when they were questioning each others professionalism and stood there for a moment with his arms crossed to let them know he wasn't happy before he spoke. "You three need to work your conflicts our outside of the office. Or at least make sure to do so in quieter voices," He said to them, his voice lowered so only they could here.

"In the meantime, I am going to go tour the ministry. If any of you need to get a hold of me, you know how to do so. If you have any concerns, stop by my office!" He said, before he turned out of the office and left. He'd be back soon though.
