Mitchell tugged his back back straps to make sure they were tight enough as he walked through the large campus. He was out of it now, thinking of theories he had read from a book that he had misplaced the previous week. His feet had wandered this path several times before to the food hall, and it wasn't until he heard his name being called out by a familiar name that he paid attention to his surroundings. "Onyx!" he smiled as he changed his course. He was happy to finally see her. "It's about time we saw each othr again." he said giving her a hug. "I think a year is the longest time we've spent away from each other." he smirked, he was happy to see his frind again.
"It's Harlem, right?" he asked shoving his hands into the pockets of his jeans. He faintly remembered him from New York, and had seen him around campus. And, heard Syler complaining of the cleanliness of their dorm. But that was their problem to work out.

Onyx nodded at Harlem's question. "Food sounds great right about now, actually," she replied to him and she stuck the rest of her books in her bag. And then Mitchell was there, hugging her. She hugged him back smiling. Pulling back, she looked up at her friend and said, "It's great to see you, Mitchell. Harlem and I are about to go grab a bite to eat. Care to join us?" She stuck her hands into her pockets.
He nodded.
"Yeah Harlem," he told him. Most people asked him to make sure Harlem really was his name. He had a armful of scrolls that he had to read for class tomorrow on top of the secret cleaning he wanted to get done. He just couldn't stand to live in filth.
"Mitchell right?" he asked to sound polite. He shoved the scrolls into his bag as well.
He would pulled out of his scrubbing daydreams as Onyx answered his question.
"Yeah I should eat before International Agreements. That class can be quite long without food." And that was the truth.
