 Double Agent Stamps!
Sidney lies down her her back. She places the first stone, the Sahasrara (Amethyst stone), on the top of her head. Actually Sidney places on the floor as close to the top of her head as she can get it. It's hard to put the stone on the top of her head when she lying down. The second stone, the Ajna (Lapis Lazuli), on the area just above the root of her nose. Sidney has to be careful not to move her nose. She doesn't want the stone to fall off. The third stone, the Vishuddha (Blue Calcite) on her throat. I wonder which one is next. If I remember correctly, it will be the heart stone. That's the ummm, which one is that? |
