Fred made a sour face thinking if the professor thought knowing the backround of Hogsmeade was intresting this was gonna be a long lesson but he knew a little something so he raised his hand and said, "I know Hogsmeade was founded by Hengist of Woodcroft around the same time Hogwarts was founded and it was made so wzards could escape the persecution of muggles. If I had to take a guess of what place is the oldest in Hogsmeade I'd have to say the Hogs Head because that place looks ancient , Fred said with a smirk.
