Vanessa sighed and started to walk down the stairs. I never remembered the stairs being so long. The stairs came at an end after two more minutes of walking. She was exhausted and didn't hear another scream. Vanessa felt around on the wall for a light switch, there was one and she flicked it on. A bright light shimmered in her eyes and she blocked the light with her hand on her face. "Why is it so bright down here anyways?" She asked.
