Oh yes, although neither Arya nor Allison could read each other's mind, a narrator can...and Arya was completely right. Allison would indeed stay to listen to see what Cela had to say. Nodding to Arya as she left, the young Ravenclaw stared really hard at the cup with the leaves as if with her eyes alone the hot water would appear and fill the cup. Seeing as neither was happing she pointed her wand and said, "Auguah cal-ien-teh." Actually believing that by saying it in very bad Spanish it would work, Allison peeked an eye into the cup and saw the dry leaves were still there.

That's when she overheard girls magically putting water into a kettle and heating it with fire out of their wands. Groaning Allison stared at her wand, she still hadn't learned how to use either incantation properly. Following what Arya did Allison reached over and collected her things. No use in stealing other's water, so instead she made sure everything was packed and ready to leave. She'd have to go hunt down warm water from the kitchens or something. Yet Allison still waited for her tea to be magically ready without water, recalling the smell of tea she cringed. She had never ever ever had tea in her life. The one time her grandmother had said it was healthy she had immediately refused to take it. Healthy meant gross.

Staring at the tea waiting for it to come out and attack her with its I'm-actually-not-tea-yet-because-I-lack-water, Allison perked up her ears and waited for Cela's odd question to be answered.
