Georgie gave his hand a reassuring squeeze, "Barry, don't listen to those people then. I know you do stand up for your family, because I know you love them. But sometimes, things happen that make it look like you weren't standing up for them, when you were. But trying to be sensitive to both parties." she stopped for a moment, was she even making sense here? She hoped so, she hated seeing him like this.
She reached out with her other hand and lifted his head so he had to look at her, "I'm sure it was all a misunderstanding, and you just have to try to explain to them. And if they don't understand...well, then there's not much else you can do." of course that wasn't overly helpful but she was trying here.
Barry looked at Georgie. It was hard. He held her hand looking at that instead. "Its Rex" he revealled " I know he`s not a weasley but he was helping Kay. She was arguing with Violet, the girl with the cloak. They had started threatning each other. All I did was stop both of them fighting."
Then when she said he couldn`t do anything he sighed "So you want me to stay away from him? I mean I can`t say I was wrong" He didn`t know what to do now. Georgie probably thought he was overreacting. Which he obviously was.
