The Prefect was hit in the face with the blind fold Jake had conjured and could not see at all! He did however get to see the birds attacking his partner.

Before he cast the spell the birds saved him some time and he pointed his want at his face and said, "Finite Incantartem" causing the blind fold to disappear, and restore his vision.

He then poitned his wand at the Ravenclaws bare feet and sent a non-verbal, Tripping Jinx.
