Personality: Seng is a very curious little fella. He pokes his head where it doesn't belong and he carelessly says whatever he wants. Seng pretends to cry sometimes to just get whatever he wants or for sympathy. This little technique gets him temporary attention but he longs for someone to show love and notice his existence. Ridiculously hyper with a humongous appetite for sweets. Quite intelligent and cunning for a young lad such as him. Despite his intelligence, Seng is still very naive. Seng most importantly hates girls/females especially Miss Whitman (So evil)!! These creatures love to kiss and touch his face and hug/suffocate little poor Seng...

Background: His parents are Mugglese and their profession are Merchants. They may not have come from a wealthy family but they're very successful at what they do. Because of their work, Seng is left alone at Jerry's Inn where Celest Anne Whitman is in charge.
