Slightly surprised to hear her name called out, Allison turned to the voice and saw Emily walking in. Taken aback that they really hadn't seen each other in ages she gave the Hufflepuff a grin, "Em! Wowzers, you are right. Where've you been hiding eh?" Allison immediately hugged Emily and then held her at arm's length, much like her mother Allison had the gift of greeting those she knew. And Emily was a dear friend who she had met on the Hogwarts' Express. "Oh Em, dunno if you've met this girl before," Allison moved her head towards Ivory, "She is Ivory Erised, huge friend of mine." Obviously she meant they were great friends, for Ivory's height was anything but huge.

"Ivory, this is Emily Malfoy." Dreadful, she remembered her first reaction to the girl's last name: unease.
