1. What type of brew I would like {Avvie, PP, siggy}: avatar, pp, and siggy set please
2. What size phial I would like {Preferred size of graphics, in pixels or SS regulations}: ss regulations
3. What ingredient I want to use {Pictures you want to use}: here
4. What you would like your brew to say {Any text you would like}: Evelyn "Evy" Painter, Ready for Hogwarts (just on the siggy and pp)
5. Other {Anything else I should know}: I won't be picky. Just do what you need to do.
