Shrugs.
"Yup, Luce and I are going to my home for Christmas," he said. Florida for Christmas? The heat versus the cold. Tyler would take the cold weather anytime. "You might be warmer, but New York City is more romantic then Florida," Tyler smirked back.
Ha! Take that!
"Well, I kind of wanted to stay in England for Christmas and go meet his parents, they're going to have another baby, but I don't think he really wants to go home. He doesn't get along with his parents very well. Plus he said something about wanting to take me to a drive-in movie in Florida... whatever that is..." Cadence said with a shrug.
"Besides, I don't think a place can be romantic in and of itself. It's what happens there that makes it romantic." She paused for a moment and then said.
"It will be weird, though, opening presents on Christmas morning when it's 60 degrees outside. I didn't even bring any summer clothes with me, so I'm going to have to write to grandmother." At the thought of this, Cadence grimaced. She hadn't wanted to speak to her grandmother again until she had to go back for the summer holidays.
"Anyway, I'm sure you two will have fun in New York."
