Ron and Hermione's kiss isn't going to be like the book. I'm pretty sure they've moved it into the chamber of secrets and Harry won't be there.

I really hope they don't over do the nudity because it will just be weird seeing that in a Harry Potter film and there will be millions of kids going to see it. I don't even want to see buttocks, top half is enough. A good director won't need nudity to create that shock moment (and david yates is good, hope he makes the right decision)
