Gold pulled away, and nodded. She knew, of course she knew -- the way he acted towards Brody, the way Brody responded, it was so clear those two were meant for each other.

"Has she said yes, then?" she asked, hopefully. She really wanted Mr. T to be happy. He was one of the very first friends she had made, after her arrival to England, and she really liked him.

Then he mentioned Dylan.

"Umm ..." She knew he didn't like Dylan, but that wasn't the problem. The problem was that she didn't want to talk of Dylan. Because it made her feel all weird. Like she hadn't ever felt before. Like she was ... in love. "I think so, but -- well, you know. It's all really confusing."

Meh.
