Annie smiled when she heard her name being called by Whitney. Yes, those girls had just previous, brief talks between each other. Both had to talk a lot for Em's sake, since the boy couldn't deliver so many letters and made Annie deliver messages to his friends, mostly girls. "Haii, Whitney, long time no see you..." She said, somehow pleased Whit would make Em lose her track and let her go around, maybe to visit Torin...or see little Tammy. "...hmm. Em, I'll be around, I seriously need water, this place is so hot...and I need to call Drew, you know..." Hehe, such a lame excuse but she needed to leave there now...and so she walked apart, leaving Em and Whit talk.


Em payed no attention to Annie, he was listening to Whit respond to his question and talk about her life as a married woman and with a kid. "Oh, that's great...looks like it's not such a bad thing now that you say it, that you and me haven't seen each other," Gotta make some things clear "You have a family, your husband...Torri...and me too, we were busy..." So, Em was in sort of a lose way to speak, yes...but he was getting nervous, all this reminded him of his own wedding. Eek.

Time to talk about his last three years. "Well, you attended my wedding...a year later, Katie was born...she's a year, two months old and having a fever, one of those that tackle you when the teeth start coming out..." Sure, babies were cuter when the first teeth come out. Aww. Em was so lucky...
