He wasn't really sure if that could technically be done though - he'd still have to go through the Employment Office first and all that. "Well, I can't wait to meet him then - if he's anything like you, then I think we'll be fine," he said with a grin.

"But, er, you DO know that he'll have to apply first like everyone?" Jake added, voicing his earlier thoughts. It would be really bad if this Jason guy THOUGHT he had an automatic job, when in actual fact he didn't. Because Jake WOULD take J.J's recommendation into account, but he can't just accept him like that. It just wouldn't really be fair.
