Benjamin Farley sat down at the Slytherin table, grinning widely. He was really excited to have finally gotten off the train and into the castle, which he could not help but notice, was breathtaking.
Wearing his Slytherin robes proudly, the third year gazed around the Great hall like a curious child. Which, in fact, he was, considering it was his first ime seeing the castle, he was thirteen years old and very, very curious, not to mention excited. He could barely believe his luck in being at this school. And to think, he might've gone to Durmstrang! He was glad to be here, though, that was for sure. Benjamin looked over to the Gryffindor table to see if he could spot the boy from the train. The one who he'd called...what was it? Oh yes, Patty. Well, he deserved it.
Turning back to look at his plate in front of him he grinned once more. It was probably a very juvenile thing to notice, but the dishes and cutlery were beautiful. Benjamin picked up the dish in front of him and lifted it to his eye level, examining it closely.
Well, by the looks of this dish, I am really going to like it here.
