Lavi chuckled at the boys obvious confusement and grabbed his cat's cage and placed it on his lap. "You don't mind if i let Mr.Kittles out?" he asked the boy and waited for his reply. "I was born in Sendai, Japan. When i was eleven i went to an boys only wizarding school in Japan, i stayed there till my third year but then my mother wanted to go back to her home country, England." Lavi sighed softly, thinking about the trouble they had had signing him off the school. "Anyways, we went back and now live in Leeds. My father thought i would never go to an wizarding school anymore but a few months ago i got a letter from Hogwarts saying they would be glad to have me as a student!" me?! eeeek so exciting!

Still with the cage on his lap, Lavi looked at the door where a girl had stood for a split second and had then left again. "Girls.." he muttered to himself and rolled his eyes. He turned his attention back to the boy who had told him his name! yay! Jason it is. Now he wouldn't have to think about him as "the boy" or "john Doe"

"Well..." he said slowly, biting his lip. Truth was he was scared for any subject because of his phobia, but he had to choose right? "I think Transfiguration would be cool..or Astronomy but i heard the last year teacher was really bad" hmm better not go in to details what he had heard, it made him shiver even thinking about it.
