I live quite close to muggles."
"Ooo a seventh year. I am going to be a fifth year. I am 16 in a week, actually," he smiled. "I don't know what I am getting though. I am getting it owled to me." He might get an owl. That could be quite exciting. Adrienne shrugged again, fighting back a grin as Dylan laughed. "Hey, it's not my train compartment. I'm just using it right now. So as long as he doesn't tear anything of mine apart, I think we'll get along just fine." At least there was the housebroken thing, because she definitely wouldn't be on the crup puppy's side if he peed on her shoes. "I guess Hogwarts is going to be really interesting for him then. Kind of like last term with my pygmy puffs." Since she had only just got them before last term, and she didn't think the Weasley Wizard Wheezes shopkeeper made a habit of bringing his merchandise randomly to Hogwarts on the possibility a student would buy them. "Muggles, huh?" Interesting. Beyond her reading, and her attraction to shoe designers, she couldn't say she knew a lot about Muggles. Well, other than Muggle Studies class.
She laughed at his reaction to her year, though. "That's nice. I don't really know how to look at going into this term. I mean, I have no idea what to expect, since Professor Truebridge got fired last term. And I'll have NEWTs." She blinked as he said he was going to get his house owled to him. "I didn't know that was possible. I mean, I thought everyone had to go through the sorting ceremony and everything." Not that she'd seen too many older students doing so, previous terms. But she'd never questioned it, and Dylan was the first person she'd met who didn't know what house he was in yet.
