Some time later, Bella Greingoth click-clacked her way back into her office. There was work to be done---papers to be signed, owls to be delivered---but first, a nice, hot cup of coffee was long overdue. Tossing her briefcase onto her desk, Bella headed for the coffee machine, ready to unwind after half a long day at work. Half...which meant she needed to put in the exact amount of hours she'd already worked in order for it to be time to go home. She wasn't so much tired as she was just...any other new mother-to-be. Coffee in hand, she made her way back into her office, moved her briefcase to the side, then sat down to get started on the mountain of paperwork patiently waiting on her.
