Jade made her way back to the family tent. Most of the adults had to be there by now. She did take her time walking back and thought about what exactly she was just about to do. Good thing she didn't have to deal with Oceane. Her uncle Benjamin would be easier to convince and her grandmother would be happy about the two cousins spending as much time together as possible.

Taking a breath, she stood before tent and reached for the flap. She was making this harder than it needed to be. Shaking her head, she calmed herself and took a deep breath. There was no harm in asking, right? There was no time like the present, so she nodded and entered the proverbial snake pit.
