K'Lari, thank you too. I always wondered why Petunia was so hateful to her
sister and nephew. When did the hate develope? Wasn't they a loving
family? How could the parents allow this to be? We don't know. So I gave
them a background that would answer my questions and make me happy
about it.

promise I'll work on fixing it. I wish it would paste the way I type it. It
wouldn't be hard to read at all then. Welcome, and I'm glad you like my story
idea. Originally it was going to be a one-shot, but I fell in love with writing it
and couldn't stop. The prologue is only a brief description to give the reader
an idea of the times and conditions he was born in; to be a foundation for
story arcs later on in the story. The time period he was born in was very
dangerous for werecats and this required him to change back and forth from
cat and human form, depending on what was safest for him at the moment.
We get more into this in later chapters. He gives his name as Jimmy Pryor
and he doesn't get the name, Tom, till Lily finds him, and nurishes him back
to health. The story really begins with Lily finding him. Hope this clarifies
things to make understanding it better. Yes, Tunie is ever so cute of a
nickname. Petunia is pitiful and she gets nearly a whole chapter to herself
coming up real shortly.
