After five minutes of searching he saw a tent with a sign on the top that said "Maintenance Team's Tent." "Well thats convenient" He muttered to himself. Looking down at the watch that was barley visible to himself behind the ball, he started to quicken his pace hoping that he was not too late.
Entering the tent he saw that Olivia inside. "Hello, Olivia. Ready for this hectic match? All Our planning for one night of events. Should be fun...uhhh well for the fans at least." He said a little disappointed that he couldn't really watch the match. And then theres the fact that he has to clean up after wizards from all over the world.
Blackstone walked about the East field, observing the campsites. He was really quite unsure if he'd have anything to do except cleanup. He sat on a stump and began twirling a twig through his fingers. Blackstone had just resigned himself to a week without any work to speak of, when a soccer ball went zooming across the field.
Blackstone scanned the field to see if any muggles were there, let alone noticed the incident. None the less, he made his way over to the man.
"Um... Excuse me" he said, giving a polite tap on the shoulder.
"Uh... I know things are a little loose with everyone still arriving and whatnot, but" he looked at his shoes, hoping not to appear pompous
"just so you know, magic isn't allowed in the campsites, because of the muggles. Are you magical maintenance, by the way?" he asked, noticing his badge.

"Damn stupid portkey's," she grumbled as she walked over to her bag and picked it up, opening it to check the contents were still intact.Having decided that the best place to stay would be the east field, as it was the closest to where they had to work, Olivia went striding off in that direction.
Upon reaching the field, and now with a tent under her other arm, Olivia looked around at those already assembled. No sign of any mess yet, nor any sign of her staff either.Nevermind she had the tent to set up anyway.
Good job she was a muggleborn or this tent business could have proved embarrassing.Setting her bag down on the floor, Olivia pulled the tent out of it's cover and laid it down on the ground.Spreading out the material and the poles she studied it for several minutes, working out in her head where each piece went. Finally she was ready to assemble it, wishing in actuality that magic could be used.It was more time consuming this way.
Getting up off her hands and knees, and thankful that it hadn't rained recently, Olivia nodded her head in satisfaction. The tent was up and looking like it would stay that way.Blowing some hair out of her face, she reached down and picked up her bag, opening it to take out a sign that she had made.Tying the sign to the top of the tent, she sighed and went inside.
Blackstone made his way into the tent labeled 'Maintenance Team's Tent' and poked his head inside
"Excuse me, I'm looking for the head of the maintenance team. My division is supposed to be helping out with the cleanup afterwards, do you know who I might speak to?"
