If the professors weren't going to check on Truebridge, they could at least fix the window. They were just lucky it wasn't cold out..
'I just don't ever want to get near Kazi. He is a creepy old man.' Destiny whispered that last part and held on to the table. She didn't want to get lifted up out the window.
'Did it work? Is Josh going to tell me?' Destiny smiled as she wiped the tears off her face. Maybe if Josh thought he made her cry, he would feel bad and fess up. Unless he doesn't have feelings, then the tears were for nothing..
