She wanted to get ideas on what people actually did after they graduated and considering that Samson was graduating this term......yeaaahh.

Ehm. Done already. There wasn't much to the job so no wonder he was done. Livvy smiled and nodded her head as she picked up the crushed fluxweed and held it over the cauldron. She squeezed it gently three times, watching as three drops of the pollen fell into the potion. "Right. So the lovage seeds. Eck. They DOOOO sound hard," Livvy said as she set the fluxweed back down. But she wouldn't complain. Nyeaaahhhh.

When she was about to gather up the lovage seeds, Samson had already done so. Oh. Mhm. Taking a deep breath, Livvy nodded her head. "Here goes nothing," she said as she reached over to gently peel the outer layer. Once the seed's coat was exposed, Livvy instructed, "Get the pin." They had to pierce the hilium part of the seed apparently?

Samson glanced at Livvy with a smirk. Why was it that everyone was suddenly interested when it came to seventh years? Was it the seniority? Whatever it was, it was weird. Anyhow. "Yep, I am," he said. "And sixth year was probably my best year here. Though it could be different for you. I dunno. And as for me graduating, I think I'll be a bum and stay the summer at my girlfriend's house then travel somewhere with my best friend." Livvy didn't need to know that. Ah well. She asked.

Now, it was time to conentraaate! Sam watched with wide eyes as Livvy started to peel the lovage seed. He half expected the seed to start glowing or something. But it wasn't really a spectacular sight. It was just... a seed with the outer coat peeled off. Mkaaay.

His concentration was too much, apparently, that when Livvy spoke, she took him by surprise and the seed slipped out of his fingers and landed on someone else's cauldron. He looked over his shoulder and abruptly looked back at his partner. "Whoops?" he shrugged, and grinned sheepishly at her. "Um. Second try?"
